Field Services 24/7 at the National level required me to travel and responsibly answer to diverse customer demands.
One important task was the Identification and Resolution of L1/L2 data/TDM problems.
We did planning and Surveys of IP Centrex products (for Vodafone).
In 2000, I had the opportunity to design and lead the beginnings of a small IT company in Venezuela. Over the years this very successful start-up allowed me and my associates the opportunity to expand, and even franchise it, replicating the initial success. Matarile Computacion still exists 15 years later. It started as a little Informatics Store and IT Service Center, as well as a Communication Center and IT Academy. To further my career goals and develop my business acumen, I had to move to a more stable country with more predictable markets.
Over the course of several years between Europe and Venezuela I studied Mathematics in Germany and Venezuela, in the Technical University in Munich and the Simon Bolivar University in Caracas. I took several courses in Economy and Informatics in Munich and the Universidad Central de Venezuela, and during 2005-2006 I did a six- month Technical course in International Commerce in Spain.
The most of my education in technology comes from hands-on experience and self education, starting more than 20 years ago when I first had direct contact with computers.

I am a highly motivated Network and VoIP/Collaboration Architect and Engineer, an experienced Project manager in the field, and a hands-on all-around IT player. My best characteristics are being highly experienced and certified. I also hold the CCIE Collaboration #55749, after more than 24 years in the field. I am very comfortable working with many technologies at the deepest level including, but not limited to, Virtualization, Applications, Routing and Switching, Wireless, and Security. All this makes me a better Engineer and Architect, capable of leading and following at the same time. I love to create solutions that nobody has thought of before, thinking outside the box and sometimes risking just enough to help projects thrive to the next level. My proudest achievement is to be considered by past managers as a game-changer individual, which has been a constant in my approach to doing things.
